Custom Made 14K Yellow Gold Wasp Shaped Brooch with Jadeite Jade and Seed Pearls

This adorable and whimsical wasp brooch is custom crafted in 14kt yellow gold. It features a .70 carat oval shaped cabochon cut jadeite jade gemstone, bezel-set in the center, representing the thorax (body). A round head with seed pearl eyes rests atop of the jade and a pear shaped abdomen, below. The wings span out on both sides and sixty-five additional seed pearls punctuate both the wings and abdomen. High polished gold legs extend from both the top and bottom and a bar pin runs across the back.
